How long does my order take to ship?
Each piece is handmade just for you. Please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order ships or is available for pick-up.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! If your country doesn't appear at checkout, please email us to confirm availability.
Note: All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Jewelry Care

Lauren Leau jewelry is handmade and delicate, designed to last with proper care.

• Many pieces feature natural stones, pearls, or beads that are beautiful yet delicate. They can break if dropped or mistreated.

• Avoid water, perfume, hairspray, lotions, and chemicals.

• Do not wear while sleeping, bathing, or swimming.

• Store pieces in their pouch when not in use.

• Clean gently with a soft cloth.

Each piece is unique — treat it with care to enjoy for years to come.

What is your return policy?
All sale, custom, or personalized items are final sale. For all other items: if you are not satisfied with your purchases in any way, you may return them within 7 days of receipt.  Holiday gift orders can be returned until 1 week after Christmas.. Please contact Lauren Leau at LaurenLeau@gmail.com for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Returns will not be accepted without a RA Number.  Items must be in new and unused condition, and Lauren Leau reserves the right to refuse return if condition is deemed unacceptable. Customers must pay return shipping and are responsible for the package until it reaches the Lauren Leau studio.  Upon receipt, we will provide you with a refund for the full amount excluding shipping costs..
